For over 20 years, I have worked tirelessly in the administrative field. With that comes a broad range of experience from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, working with everyone from sole proprietors to corporate executives. I was able to combine all of those experiences when I found my niche as a Real Estate Assistant.

My job is to ensure that all transactions are handled as smoothly as possible, for both the client and the team. In addition to my administrative abilities, I also bring with me several years of real estate experience, being a former Real Estate Agent in my home state of Connecticut.

It is my belief that my life is purposed to help people and bring authentic joy into their lives. That is why real estate has been such a rewarding career for me, as it allows me the opportunity to assist our clients in fulfilling their lifelong dream of homeownership. 

Mariah Mikeela Cariaga

Mariah is a Real Estate Assistant and Social Media Manager. Over the past seven years of her career, she worked as a Barista, Shift Supervisor, Pastry Chef, Brand Manager, Social Media Content Writer, and is a Licensed Professional Teacher but finally found her niche in the Real Estate Industry. Her day-to-day experiences in handling students, customers, manpower, and clients enabled her to hone her craft in helping people achieve their goals which now involves assisting people to land their dream homes.

keeyon upkins

Director of finance

Keeyon Upkins is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 15 years of experience in public and private accounting as well as corporate financial planning and analysis. Keeyon began his career as an auditor of national and multinational companies with one of the Big 4 accounting firms. After leaving public accounting, he moved into strategic finance leadership roles, focusing on helping companies ensure the financials told a cohesive story about the operations of the entity to management, investors, and other stakeholders. Since leaving the larger corporate world, Keeyon enjoys being able to take the skills and knowledge gained in those environments to help small and medium sized businesses navigate through the challenges of their own business environments.

Keeyon is a native of Jackson, MS and a graduate of Florida A&M University. He gladly acknowledges that he “married up” as the husband of Ashli. They have five wonderful and extremely active children who ensure there is never a dull (or quiet) moment in life.
